About Aaron
I’ve spent most of my career in construction, managing residential building projects and working alongside builders, contractors, and inspectors to ensure homes are built the right way. Over the years I’ve managed projects ranging from $400,000 homes to multi-million-dollar custom builds, which has given me a strong understanding of how homes are designed, constructed, and maintained.
As a licensed Florida Home Inspector and Certified Building Contractor, I approach inspections with a builder’s mindset—looking carefully at the details that can impact safety, quality, and long-term durability.
My goal is to give homeowners clear, honest information so they can move forward with confidence.
When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my wife and our two boys. I volunteer as a youth soccer coach, enjoy fishing and camping, and I’m always looking for an excuse to fire up the BBQ grill.
